Is posting on WATEXOMARKET free?

Yes. Creating, editing and publishing a listing is completely free for private sellers. Every listing goes through moderation before appearing in the catalog.

What is Subir?

Subir is a one-off promotion (€1.99). After payment your listing rises in results as if freshly posted, without changing its original date. It can be bought again after 24 hours.

What does Destacar include?

Destacar (€2.99) marks your listing with a highlight badge and a visible border in the catalog for 7 days. It does not guarantee a specific position in results.

How does Portada work?

Portada (€4.99) shows your listing in the sponsored block on the front page for 72 hours, labelled as promoted content.

When does a promotion activate?

The promotion activates automatically once Stripe confirms the payment, usually within seconds. You can see the status in «My promotions».

What happens when a promotion ends?

When the period ends the promotion expires automatically and the listing returns to normal display. There are no automatic charges or hidden renewals.

Can I promote a listing that is pending moderation?

No. Only your own published listings can be promoted. A listing that is under review, rejected or withdrawn cannot purchase promotion.

How do I request a refund?

Contact us through the contact page mentioning the listing and purchase date. We review every case; confirmed refunds cancel the active promotion.

Which payment methods are available?

Payments are handled by Stripe Checkout with bank cards and other methods Stripe enables. We never see or store your card details.
