Reporting available, appeals pending

Content reports can be sent from any listing via “Report this listing”; review is manual. The formal appeals procedure is still being defined.

Procedure pending

The process will document content identification, grounds, necessary contact information, receipt, review, decisions and applicable appeals. Reporter personal data must not be publicly disclosed.

Retention

Under the proposed schema, deleting an account or listing does not automatically delete reports. Free text can contain personal data. Retention basis and duration, legal holds and periodic deletion require approval; no automatic policy is active.
