Controller contact information, legal bases, retention periods and rights-request procedures must be completed before launch. This draft is not a final privacy notice.

Current test processing

Registration sends email and password to Supabase Auth. Do not submit identity documents or sensitive data during testing. The catalogue may include demo listings clearly marked as examples. Messages, notifications and saved searches are stored in your account; favourites can be stored in your account or only in the browser.

Providers and transfers

The configuration includes Vercel, Supabase and externally hosted Pexels photos. Loading external photos sends a request to that provider. Contracts, subprocessors, locations and transfers require review; we do not claim all data remains in the EU.

Rights and complaints

The channel for access, correction, deletion and other applicable rights is pending. Spain’s data protection authority is the AEPD (aepd.es). The service must not launch without an operational contact channel.
